Researching is what I spend a lot of my day doing, mostly for writing projects. Sometimes though, it’s just for fun. At the end of the week, I have a load of stuff to share, but nowhere to put it. So I figured I’d put it here from time to time.
Ok-
1. Apparently, this is why employees hate their bosses. Man, could I ever add to that list.
2. I sadly learned today that bacon may cause headaches. I don’t eat bacon often, maybe once a month, and sometimes I’ll go weeks and weeks without it (a sacrifice, I’ll admit) but apparently even one dose can trigger MIGRAINES. I had some bacon this morning and my head is throbbing a bit, but it’s also warmed up quickly outside…although I found research that disregards that myth, too – that weather and headaches are linked. What the hell. Here’s what’s in bacon that might be causing my headache.

4. Did you have this bowl set as a kid? I’m beginning to think there’s more of us out there.
5. Last Sunday, I was invited to be part of a video about body image. The project is called Remodel Sexy, created by this really cool woman named Melissa. Maybe you’ve heard of her company: Sexy Food Therapy. Melissa’s website and videos are something you should experience for yourself; she does a great job of marketing her business and reaching people. She shares researched advice about health, food and feeling good on the inside through diet. She’s the real deal. She’s also as energetic in person and she is on the screen, which is a rare find.
